#FindYourGTCo at Cafe de Nicole’s Flowers

Step into a floral wonderland at Café de Nicole’s Flower! There are countless Instagram worthy pictures to take throughout the café, beginning with a beautiful flower arch that greets you at the entrance and ending with the gorgeous plated desserts and beverages served with edible flowers.

Coined after her namesake, Nicole began her trade as a florist. After opening a successful florist shop, she decided to marry her passion of floristry with her interest in setting up a café. Thus, Café de Nicole’s Flower was born.

The front section of Café de Nicole’s Flower remains as a floristry where customers can pop in to buy her bouquets and floral arrangements (prices range from $98 to $328), while the rest of the space is used for the café.

Opened only early this year, Café de Nicole’s Flower has already gained a significant social media following due to its pretty aesthetics and equally pretty desserts. Almost everything on the menu is floral themed and is served with edible flowers.

We tried their signature dessert – Soufflé Pancakes served with a scoop of ice cream. The pillowy soufflé pancakes were plated so nicely that we were a little reluctant to dig in. But we are glad we did! Though the pancakes were a little on the denser side, the overall taste and texture of the dessert was top notch. Pair this dessert with our Earl Grey Lavender with Strawberry sparkling tea to round off a delicious tea time treat.

Café de Nicole’s Flower also has a few other popular desserts such as their Tiramisu ($9.80) and Lava Cake with ice cream ($12.80) that are crowd favourites as well. But, if you prefer to have a drink instead of a bite to eat, why not order a homemade mocktail?

Try the Pink Lady ($9.80) which is made with our Pearl of The Orient with Lychee sparkling tea! Mixed with some rose syrup and lychee, this pink perfection is as pretty as it is delicious!

Or for something less fizzy, you can try their Mango Mojito ($8.90), made with mango juice, fresh lime and passionfruit syrup.

On a side note, Café de Nicole’s Flower is a pet friendly café! They warmly welcome all fur friends to drop by and hangout with Lao Ban, Nicole’s cat! Lao Ban even posed for us during our visit there and we couldn’t resist snapping some great pictures of him.

It was a treat to visit Café de Nicole’s Flower and we would definitely recommend this café for a drink, dessert, or even some flowers the next time you are in the neighbourhood.
